Wow, training with Bree, where do I start? When I made the decision to finally get in shape and lose the weight once and for all, a close girlfriend recommended Bree as a trainer, and since my first meeting with her I’ve never looked back. Bree is so much more than a personal trainer, the title really doesn’t do her justice. How many personal trainers spend countless hours answering texts and emails about diet and fitness questions? How many trainers come watch your photo shoot so they can give you tips on posing? Bree is an athletic coach, a fitness expert, a therapist, a mentor, and most importantly, she has become my friend.
Bree comes to every single session with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She can turn your entire day around in one hour. When you need it, she pushes you to do those extra reps, and when you’re failing she’s there to help you finish your set. She counts every movement, focuses on every form. Bree doesn’t just give you a routine to do when you train with her, she also gives you a program to do when you hit the gym by yourself. I can’t tell you how important it was for me to have a plan when I trained on my own, without that I wouldn’t have been nearly as successful.
Training with Bree has hands down changed my life. It has made me a harder worker, a better person, provided me with a more positive attitude, and given me the strength to believe in myself. There isn’t a single trainer out there that does what Bree does. She gives you a new lease on life and brings light and positive energy with her wherever she goes.
